SMALL BUSINESS & SOLOPRENEUR COACH
Build your business, your way—without the guesswork.
It took me 18 months to figure out how to build my first successful business.
You don’t have to take as long.
You have a business idea.
Now, what?
Deciding to become a solopreneur is exciting.
You’re ready to build something of your own, make money on your terms, and turn your expertise into a business.
But what you don’t see coming?
The endless hours spent experimenting, investing in the wrong tools, and trying to make sense of advice that wasn’t meant for you.
Maybe you’re just starting out—or maybe you’ve been at it for a while but aren’t sure if you’re on the right track.
The problem?
You’re following what worked for other people instead of figuring out what’s going to work for you.
Every business is different. Every business owner is different.
That’s where I come in.
MEET YOUR BUSINESS STRATEGIST & CO-PILOT
Hey, I’m Ricardo Brito — and I’m here to help you build a sustainable business— without the guesswork or DIY overwhelm.
While running my first business, I came to a realization.
Most of my clients? They weren’t just looking for a new job. They wanted to leave the corporate world behind and start up something of their own. Just like I did when I first started.
When working with me,you’re never going to have the ‘what now’ question.
I believe everyone has a chance to build something extraordinary— on their own terms.
After more than 15 years in the advertising, tech, and design industries, I launched a successful career coaching business, helping individuals transition careers.
I was still working corporate while building my first business on the side.
I was making money from Day Zero— but it took me 18 months longer than it should have to reach stability.
What I should’ve done was build a business that fit the way I worked.
Instead, I followed generic advice or left to figure it out by myself, hoping something would stick.
It’s why my mentoring process lies in the in-depth hands-on support.
The kind I was desperate for when I was first starting up my first business
With the new direction of my business, I’ve guided solopreneurs through the practicalities of starting a business with:
A strategic plan that’s tailored to your vision.
Guided experimentation (so you’re not throwing spaghetti at the wall)
The tools and knowledge to fast-track those critical first months—without the "will this even work?" anxiety

The best part about the work I do is watching you win.
Yes, it’s rewarding to help you turn your professional skills into a business that makes you money.

And knowing that by the time we’re done, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to make your business a success.

SUSIE DRAPER - HOLISTIC THERAPY
“I'm doing it. I'm doing what I wanted to do. I'm being paid properly. People are enjoying it. I'm getting to grow and experience what I've always wanted to do. I like having the strategic tools, but also like having a connection of mind, body, and the soul all together. He’s truly helped me draw a clear line between ‘Susie’ the person and ‘Susie’ the business.
Sure, I like asking you the right questions
But here’s a few you can ask me.
Things we can discuss at length.
You might already know this from my newsletter but my love for drawing, art, graphic novels, and horror movies knows no bounds.
Speaking of, horror movies were my first try at entrepreneurship.
In 2007, I directed a horror short-movie with no budget. For the special effects, we used real animal blood and guts. Kind of resourceful, don’t you think?
The biggest struggle to move from corporate to entrepreneurship?
As generic as it sounds, getting around the whole work-life balance. Taking a few years to figure out that yes, I probably need to start working out and I did…in my late thirties. Better late than never.
My only regret with starting a business?
Not starting earlier. So, maybe it’s your turn.
Feel free to ask me these questions in your free discovery call.
